Hello everybody.

In Galicia, Carnival is called Entroido / Antroido. Though we live in Barouta, very close to Santiago de Compostela; we are going to post some info about the Carnival in Ourense, the most famous of Galicia. 

Elena, a student of our class, brought her Carnival costume representing Peliqueiros.

A Peliqueiro or Cigarrón is one of the most important figures of Galician Carnival. People got dressed like this and take rule the town during this festivity.
