The rationale of this innovative project "Engaging young entrepreneurs" is to open the minds of pupils in primary school to the joy of entrepreneurship at a time in their lives when they are full of imagination and open to new possibilities. The project will provide pupils with a set of skills that they need that will enhance their future employability. These pupils are the target group of this project as we encourage them not to be early-school leavers. The whole Educational Community will be involved in the project. Companies will be created in every school supported by teachers, families and local communities and goverments. Entrepreneurship is understood as a way of thinking and acting (initiative) directed not only to the personal development, but social (to develop initiatives that contribute to the life quality, solidarity and society well-being) and productive ( to create wealth and prosperity for themselves and others in a sustainable and intelligent framework).
