FAST, or how Food And Sustainability Thrive. FAST opens up the world of science, citizenship and entrepreneurship to students of lower and upper secondary schools in seven countries of Europe: IT, SI, DK, PL, PT, ES, NL. It is unique as it allows students to formulate their own research topic. This amounted in: honey, weather, salt, watercycle, live stock production, reduce food waste and organisation of Earth Day campaign. Teachers researched the teaching strategies and shared good practices.
