The content of this project is based on the International Standard Classification of Education ISCED 1 and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages "(CEFR) documents.
It aims to promote the development of the human personality and develop social competence through local legends from participating countries. It will provide opportunities to facilitate positive student interaction to influence correct behaviour. In addition students will learn to not only assert their rights but also how to fulfil their societal obligation to respect the rights of others. А distinctive aspect of the project is to emphasise correct moral and ethical behaviour through the interaction of children of differing nationalities, creeds and cultures. Students will learn self-awareness and be guided in developing the skills required for self-learning with the ultimate goal of a progressive path to lifelong learning.
The project will underpin also unconventional teaching of a second language. However its aim is to extend the ability of the student to develop adequate oral, written, reading and listening skills which will accelerate the acquisition of knowledge of the foreign language and culture of target partner countries. A key element is the interaction of the children with their foreign partners using a variety of media.
