As there are many ways of co-teaching language and culture and language cannot be taught without culture I decided to do a role play. Role play is a great way to teach foreign language in a fun and enjoyable way. Students first learn about a famous writer Charles Dickens and get acquainted with the history of Britain. Then teacher selects a role play “Oliver” that will give students an opportunity to practice what they have learned.
