Having a field trip is the most important activity in the first project year in 201672017. That's why we have to save the records very carefully.
The purpose of the field trip: Integrating formal and non-formal learning in different subjects (math, science, literacy, art, craft, English).
Field trips were organised in March or April, 2017 to learning sites outside the school.
What was done in connection with the field trips:
-
integrating math, science, literacy, IT (sound recordings of nature, videofilms, photos, apps)
-
collecting natural materials during field trips
-
making handicraft and ikebanas from natural materials
-
drawings and postcards inspired by fieldtrips
-
creative writing inspired by nature
How to make a summary about a field trip?
- Post a photo of your field trip group into Project Journal, write when and where you had your trip.
- Write a summary about the day of the field trip (when? where? what tasks were carried out etc.). Put your article under the PAGES: Entitle it: e.g. Esonian Field Trip 2017 (Year 1). Add 2-3 photos.
- Please describe some of the tasks in more detailed version. Put those pieces of writings under the PAGES into your country's name.(e.g. Tasks of the field trips: Estonia). Add photos.
- There's an album created for every school Under MATERIALS: Images (e.g. Field Trip in Estonia, 2017): Please select up to 15 photos of your field trip or after field trip in-class activities and put them into your folder.
