RESULTS

We asked our students to describe what they think about our project in 1-2 words. We collected all the words and made a wordcloud :)

 

 

 

PORTUGAL

We made a garden.
We made a house and a feeder for the birds.
We made jokes with lamas.
We played games on the computer.
We read QR Codes.
We sowed flowers.
We received seeds by mail, the other schools that sent them.
They also sent photographs.
We liked a lot !
Loved it !!!!!

 

From September of 2016 our kindergarten participate in the project LITTLE GARDENERS and had the chance to co – operate and work with schools from Europe. From the first time students seemed that they enjoyed the project especially when they had to make their own garden and observe the seeds growing. Expressing their creativity managed to unit all the participated schools to work in  a common project with fun and active ways.

Teachers were in continuing communication using tools of eTwinning platform, mails and social media presenting the activities and at the same time they exchange ideas making more interesting their pedagogical methods and their everyday teaching. Social media helped us a lot to create and share co – operative activities and creations. More over we enrich our knowledge about the sensitive subject of protecting environment and that we are all part of nature and of course through exchanging parcels we saw many similarities through schools. On the other hand the project helped us to succeed a very good school climate which is important for a class to work in pairs and in teams following values of co – operation and collaboration.

Parents were also very enthusiastic about the project and they liked the presentations and they were proud to see their children to present their work and to be actively in the whole process of the project.

We evaluate the project expresing with words what it meant for us to be partners in this project. We use those words and create a wordart tree that concludes everything we lived, learnt, shared and liked in the project.
