KA122- SCH-Short term projects for mobility of learners and staff in school education The goal of the mobility project"I.D.I.keeping pace with change" is to create a core of more teachers and non-teaching staff who will improve their teaching, digital, management and intercultural skills through the training acquired during the project and then pass them on to other colleagues, encouraging them to become more involved in international projects; the more frequent use of digital technology and the introduction of innovative working methods in their own teaching in response to the needs of the new generation of 21st-century students. Our aim is to actively and fully involve every young person in the teaching process in order to become autonomous, lifelong learners. By introducing the European dimension of education, developing digital competencies, inclusive school culture and applying innovative working methods, the needs of our school will be met.
