It is aimed that individuals with special needs can continue their lives independently after formal education and gain certain skills for the professions determined for vocational employment. For this reason, it is planned to work with secondary school students studying in special education schools. It is aimed to introduce students to the professions (service staff, courier, packaging staff, cleaning staff) determined by the survey conducted before the project and to provide them with basic skills. In this context, we want to carry out projects with partners at home and abroad to provide vocational employment to young adults with special needs.
