Water is vital to everyone in the world. As the world sources have been shrinking due to climate change and many other factors, it is important to raise awareness about water among students. As well as scientific facts of water, students need to be aware of the usage of water in literary genres and linguistic patterns like idioms and proverbs and tales. Studying water through these patterns may shorten the gap between generations and enhance the communication. Moral values will be contributed and transferred from one generation to another. To do this they need to have activities with their peers from other schools and other cultures. As the students tend to use technological devices in their daily lives, it may be a good chance to put their digital skills into practice in this project via web 0.2 tools. They will improve their language computence, social interaction through these activities during the project .These activities will foster their interactive competence.
