TORAL DE LOS VADOS. SPAIN

The village where my school is located is called Toral de los Vados. It is located in the north of Spain, in the province of León. It is a village surrounded by mountains and with a river. It has a lot of vegetation and nature which allows us to teach outdoors on many occasions.

The town of Toral de los Vados is small. It has a very important cement industry in the area, where many families from the school work. There are many resources for the students, such as sports centers, libraries, etc.

The islands are known for their namesake wine and warm subtropical climate. The main one, Madeira, is green, of volcanic origin. The capital Funchal has botanical gardens and is known for its port and for the great New Year's fireworks show
