Food Heroes

The project is about the responsible consumption of food and the resources we need to deal with food provisions in a sustainable way. Students will learn what is important when it comes to consuming and cooking in a manner that will be beneficial to our environment. Therefore, the focus will lie on how to create as little waste with the products we use as possible and how we can help the environment by buying regionally and seasonally. Students will get an insight to how other countries deal with this issue and share information on waste reduction and food consumption as well as create innovative recipes that are not just sustainable, but also extremely tasty.
