We are approaching this project from a rights based perspective based on the philosophies of the Rights Respecting School (UNCRC). Children have the right to an education. We believe that education should meet their individual and society's needs. The rationale behind this project is the need recognized by each of the participants, to increase awareness in students, teachers and families, of the link between motivation and engagement by pupils in their early education and the timing of their leaving / qualifications achieved.
