• In September, October and November 2016 our students performed a couple of workshops that had common objective: to identify strong areas of interests, abilities, and feelings. They talked about things that are important for their childhood, drew different designs on their t-shirts, made a book about themselves, and got familiar with some elements of mindfulness (self-observation, awareness, and acceptance). They were describing and searching for their positive qualities. Students also monitored their daily well-being for a week and tried to associate it with different situations they found themselves in and with the ways they were handling them.
