There is no need to mention how radical our lives have changed in the last decades due to the ignorance we gave to the eco-friendly aspects: The forested spaces are reduced, the deserts are spreading, the agricultural soils are degraded, the degree of pollution is higher, the ozone layer is thinner, the greenhouse effect is accentuated, and many plant and animal species are endangered. Therefore, we have established this project so as to teach our students the value of nature and how to be eco-literate from very young ages as we believe that when people acquire the skills and attitudes needed to conserve the environment and nature in childhood, the impact of this learning is stronger and lifelong.
