What about bringing together students who are excited about volcanoes? A four-week cross-curricular project (17/5 - 14/6) among the subjects of English, Natural Science, Physics, Chemistry and Art. Children from schools all over European and other countries collaborate with each other to explore the exciting world of volcanoes. They share their thoughts, perceptions, and questions about volcanoes on Padlet. They do research about volcanoes, they experiment by making their own volcano eruptions in class and they create art projects, like posters via ICT tools. The final project of the program is a digital European volcano map using Padlet. Students contribute by posting text, photos and videos about volcanoes of their country or volcanoes they want to discover in other countries.
