    3. You don’t need to use lighting for the desk at daytime. When is the best time to do your homework?

     

    4. If you fold your clothes neatly after school, they don’t need to be ironed. That is why it helps….

     

    5. Through which part does the house loose most of its warmth? What can you do to reduce it?

     

    6. There are three types of lamps: incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp and LED lamp. Which of them is the most energy-saving?

    There are 30 fluorescent lamps in our gym which consume 36 watts per hour. Calculate how much energy the gym consumes in 4 hours?

    How much would it consume if the lamps were incandescent, 100 watts each?

     

    7. Do you know how many percent of sunlight is absorbed by dirty windows? Residents of which house would consume less energy: the one that is near the motorway or the one that is further from it? Why?
