    12:45 – arrival, meeting the Polish project team, transfer to the hostel;

    15:30 – a walk to the centre of Warsaw, guided by Polish students, places to see:

    The Warsaw Citadel, The Monument to the Fallen and Murdered in the East, Warsaw Uprising Monument (The Monument to the Warsaw Uprising Fighters), The Supreme Court Building, Krasiński Square, Krasiński Palace and Krasiński Park, The Old Town, The Old Town Market Square, The Royal Castle, Castle Square, and Zygmunt's Column, The Monument to Adam Mickiewicz, The Presidential Palace, The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, The Warsaw University, The Monument to Nicolaus Copernicus;

    10:00 - ”city game” played by mixed teams(5-6 students), 5 supervising teachers;

    13:00 - lunch;

    15:00 - 19:00 – social time at the school: meeting the Head Teacher, Mrs Urszula Krajewska,  making and eating „pierogi”;

    Monday, 4 April 2016

    10:00 - meeting at the school base (room 116), rehearsals of the presentations;

    11:30 – an official opening of the visit: meeting the school community, presentations/performances in the gym by both teams, students of ZS 49 are invited;

    12:45 - lunch at the school canteen;

    13:30 - Math lesson with the use of Khan Academy – working in international groups; evaluation;

    15:00 – 17:00 – rehearsals of museum presentations; socializing activities;

    17:00 – private time for project participants;

    10:00 - Teaching English Through Art: Polish participants make their presentations on Matejko's works at the National Museum;

    12:30 – lunch at the Copernicus Science Centre;

    14:00 - 17:00 – students explore the Copernicus Science Centre;

    17:00 – walking back to the hostel;

    in the evening – feedback session & evaluation questionnaire (online); making/discussing materials for dissemination;

    Wednesday, 6 April 2016

    8:55 – Spanish students take part in classes at the school – 2 Spanish classes, English classes and a geography or biology class – depending on the students' interests;

    10:45 – 12:45: KHAN Academy competition;

    12:45 – lunch at the school canteen;

    13:30 – Europass session for project participants – ICT room; mock exam papers – Maths and English; planning sessions for C3 and C4; making materials for project websites - blogs and TwinSpace;

    16.30 – entertainment/sport activities;

    18:00 – evening meal – we order pizzas to school;

    Thursday, 7 April 2016, Trip : Oświęcim- Kraków-Wieliczka

    7:00 – departure from the Wilson Hostel, Felińskiego 37, the expected journey time from 5 to 5,5 hours; Polish participants gather at 7:30, the coach comes at 7:30.

    14:00 – Auschwitz Museum: the tour will take aproximately 3,5 hours;

    17:30 – transfer to Krakow;

    19:00 – dinner in Krakow, accommodation at the Flamingo Hostel, Szewska 4; (read the menu below)

    Friday, 8 April, Trip : Oświęcim- Kraków-Wieliczka

    8:00 – breakfast at the hostel;

    10:00 - The Church of St.Francis of Assisi, a short lesson on Stanisław Wyspiański's stained glass and polichromy;

    11:00 – Wawel Hill – visiting the Cathedral, which will take about 1 hour;

    12:15 – transfer to Wieliczka, lunch at the restaurant next to the mine;

    14:20 – we enter the mine, touring time about 3 hours;

    17:30 – departure to Warsaw, a meal on the way;

    23:00 – arrival at the hostel.

    Saturday, 9 April

    11:00 – transfer to the airport;

    13:30 – flight to Madrid.
