KNOW YOUR CITY, SHARE YOUR TOWN, LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

We are often unaware of the possibilities our home city offers, ignorant of its history, urban infrastructure or its sports facilities. It is essential to get to know the place we live in so as to fully appreciate our quality of life. We tend to absorb the clichés and stereotypes of cities and people in other countries. In this project, students will learn how their cities are viewed from outside. At the same time they will work in a collaborative project, promoting self-learning about their cities and those of their partners. The starting point will be presenting an objective global view of their cities with purpose of sharing the local and most popular areas of the participants. The objective of this project is learning about our cities as well as encouraging participants to suggest improvements that would make their cities more friendly and comfortable.
