TECHNOTEENS THROUGH CULTURE serves the purpose of providing students with alternative education chances and resources during COVID19 outbreak.The main purpose of the study is to realize that students have a common culture despite geographical differences by emphasizing the universal elements. Also, it is aimed to make the education of students more efficient by cultural exchange with their peers & teachers from different geographies from different cultures.It informs&allows the students to create their own educational content with Web2.0. By drawing attention to the culture in the education process, it also aims to ensure that students spend quality time at home.
