Interview questions? 
There aren't really standard interview questions. You have to be forward and be good at socializing. 

Which careers/jobs are on offer? 
The IKEA employees are encouraged to try different positions within the company and even work in different countries. 
The different jobs you can apply for is: customer relations, IT, marketing & PR, HR, restaurant, purchasing, logistics, disposal, design & product development, communication & interior design and quality control.

What type of education is necessary? 
Since there is so many different positions you can find a job with any pre-university education. The employees get education from IKEA. It is encouraged to be different, creative and think outside the box. The most important thing is to concentrate on what the customer want.

Career opportunities? - which positions are hard for employers to fill
There isn't a typical IKEA career, you can make your way through the company, try different things and grow with the company. IKEA will provide with different educational and career opportunities. 

Salary? 
The salary depends on which position you have, but there are positions within the whole wage spectrum. You also get an annual bonus, and an addition to your pension.

You can go on the IKEA website, ikea.com, they have a search engine there where you can see which jobs they're hiring. 

Languages used? English and any language where they have an IKEA store. The more the better.
