In Europe today there is a demand for a highly qualified and mobile workforce that is able to meet the needs of employers. Too many students drop out of school early and not enough students complete third level education, this is why these issues are targets for EU 2020. Our project addresses the following needs: improving links between schools and employers to reduce youth unemployment; disseminating modern didactic methods, educational ideas and E-learning to reduce early school leaving rates, motivate students, promote third level education and reduce youth unemployment and breaking barriers and prejudices
