Accepting ourselves through self-knowledge

The aim of the project is to help teenagers promote their well-being, both socially and emotionally, by being more aware of the influences around them. They will discuss aspects related to self-perception, analyzing the influence of the media, peers, family, social networks, etc. They will question the place and importance that is given, today, to personal image and they will think critically about self-confidence and self-esteem. They will participate in forums, exchange points of view and work collaboratively in national and international groups to create multimedia productions. This project, in addition to helping to get to know other peoples and cultures, develops team spirit when it comes to making an integrated use of technology. The project has been designed to approach the needs of the students of the XXI century and develop the skills of the 4 communication skills, critical thinking, collaboration and creativity.
