Jobs for the Future is a cross-curricular approach to careers guidance in a changing world impacted by digitalization, climate change and globalisation. New technologies, a digitalized workflow, climate change, the impacts of the Corona crisis, or developing organizational structures in companies and small businesses havechanged our economy in recent years. Schools must react to these changes and prepare students as well as teachers for these new challenges in a more and more diverse and economically challenging Europe. This project tries to deal with some of these challenges. Five partner schools from all across Europe start their journey to explore the answers to the following questions: 1) Which employment opportunities can students find on the new job market? 2) How can we promote skills (especially entrepreneurship and project management) that are essential to compete in our changing economy? 3) What can teachers do, to develop the digital skills?
