Natural disasters are natural events that are unpredictable, the area to be affected and the level of impact cannot be predicted, and can result in numerous loss of life and property. We witness that different natural disasters occur in the world and in our country every year and the effects of these disasters on societies. Children are the most vulnerable individuals of disasters and groups affected by disasters. Every year, millions of children are exposed to natural and man-made disasters and are affected by these disasters in different ways. This study will be carried out in order to prepare children for natural disasters and to raise awareness about the effects of natural disasters on children. Throughout the project, the "Jigsaw" model education will be implemented, which emphasizes the feelings of responsibility, empathy, cooperation, justice, and tolerance in children and allows more creative ideas to emerge, as it enables them to look at problems with different eyes
