In the modern world there are many threats to human health and life. The natural environment has been polluted and the proposed food is often unhealthy, artificially modified, containing a lot of poisonous chemical components (preservatives, enhancers, carcinogenic substances). Due to the awareness of this phenomenon, it is important to teach children the principles of healthy eating at school from an early age. It is important to develop habits of hygienic food consumption, to point out the importance, occurrence and role of vitamins and other nutrients needed for life and growth of the human body. The proposed educational project has been prepared precisely to show students the advantages of conscious eating, to teach them to choose between what is healthy and nutritious and harmful, but tasty. Besides, we want children to understand that living healthily also means eating healthy, ecological, valuable food - that is, simply eating healthily.
