Kollitria: don’t worry. These are shadows.

Hacivat: whose shadows?

Tuzsuz deli Bekir: ıt is your shadow, Pasha.

Karagoz: how can it happen?

Kollitiris: ıt is dark here and Tuzsuz Deli Bekir and Beberuhi are carrying torches. They are holding torches to Pasha. And we can see shadow of Pasha on the wall.

Pasha: congratulations kids. You explain well.

Beberuhi: ı understand how shadow happens now.

Karagoz: look at the wall. I will show you something.

Karagoz makes a bird on the wall.

Kids: amazing.

Karahgoz: what is this?(he makes a dog)

Hacivat: ıt is a dog

Kids: daddy, make a snake.

Karagoz: okey, it is a snake. (he makes a snake)

 

Scene 6

Beberuhi: oh, it is lightning.

Kids: we are afraid.

Hacivat: let’s watch rain.

They go out. It stops raining. Sun appears.

Tuzsuz deli Bekir: there is something strange in the sky. Look!

Kids: waw,,, rainbow!

Kollitria: our teacher told us that we can sometimes see a rainbow after rain. Raindrops appear before the sun. The rays of the sun hit the raindrops and reflect colours.

Pahsa: which colours?

Kollitris: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue and purple.

Karagoz: well done my kids. You are good at science.

Pasha: kids, you are really successful but now party time.

 

Scene 7

They go inside.

Karagoz: we are really hungry.

Hacivat: me, too. Let’s eat something.

Beberuhi: let’s start with cookies.
