The idea driving the need for the project is to sensitize students to current ecological problems of the local environment and also to make observations showing that actually problems, which seem to be of local character are observed globally and have an enormous influence on the world around us. They even influence climatic changes we keep observing recently as well as have a great meaning for our health and wellbeing. Partners in this project want to promote sustainable attitudes - ecological and economic actions to ensure comparable or better living conditions for present and future generations of our society. Therefore we feel that by giving the project an international dimension the effects of our actions undertaken here will bring a multiplicate result in the perception of environmental issues we are planning to deal with and even by creating more environmentally aware citizens this consciousness will go beyond the scope of the project.
