All for one & one for all

Life has shown that socio-emotional skills are some of the most important skills, deficits in the development of these skills, causing problems in childhood, adolescence or adult life. From signaling one's needs, in the first year of life, to relationships of reciprocity, tolerance of those around, to primary social interactions such as smile, language, gaze, interactions facilitated by the primordial environment of socialization and human formation (family) up to the development of skills that allow for optimal social integration, the individual goes a long and winding. The absence of positive interactions, during existence, generates poor interpersonal relationships, difficulties in adaptation, failure, anxiety, depression or isolation, being a predictor in the appearance of behavioral disorders Throughout our lives, we need social skills to: -communicate; -knows us; -to listen; -exert influence on other people; -collaborate and cooperate with others; -work in a team.
