  • French eating habits
    The most important meal of the day is breakfast and 82,5% of French pupils have breakfast. The rest of them don´t have breakfast or they eat their breakfast irregularly. It´s better with lunch. Almost 87,7% of pupils have lunch and 7% don´t eat. 59,6% of pupils have lunch in school canteen and 15,8% at home. Almost 14% of pupils eat fast food. 32,1% of pupils eat fast food 1-3times a week and 51,8% never eat fast food. About 50-65% of pupils eat 1 or 2 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. 10,7% of pupils don´t eat fruit and 3,5% don´t eat vegetables. 93% of pupils drink water but only 36,8% drink water as a main fluid intake. The most popular are sweet drinks and tea (about 40%).

    The most important meal of the day is breakfast and 65% of Czech pupils have breakfast. The rest of them don´t have breakfast or they eat their breakfast irregularly. It´s better with lunch. Almost 83% of pupils have lunch and 5,9% don´t eat. 52,9% of pupils have lunch in school canteen and 23,5% at home. Almost 12% of pupils eat fast food. 23,5% of pupils eat fast food 1-3times a week and 5,9% more. About 70% of pupils eat 1 or 2 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. We were suprised that all pupils eat vegetables and fruit. 100% of pupils drink water but only 17,6% drink water as a main fluid intake. The most popular are sweet drinks and tea (60%).
