Nowadays, a lot of local companies need to get international to be more competitive. Having a presence in the global market is necessary to be successful and it helps the company to develop its products and services better.
Our students, future professionals, need to be ready to take part in this process and to contact customers and providers abroad in a natural way. This project is about developing students’ confidence and strategies to use English to communicate, both by email and also in a video conference. Starting from the simulation of a sales operation they will have to exchange emails, negotiate certain clauses and reach an agreement on terms and conditions.
