Our schools, in the area of Estrela Aspiring Geopark , Lesvos Geopark and Manisa-Kula Geopark will develop collaborative work about European Geoparks. Teachers and students will acquire knowledge about the areas covered by the Geoparks, characterize the landscapes, according to their geological history, write descriptions and create illustrative records. We will learn about the conditions of the parks' formation over time, their flora and fauna, the activities visitors can do and the new occupations of the residents of the wider area associated with their status as protected natural and cultural heritage.
