You know that a polynomial equation of second degree is called a quadratic equation. The general form is:

A x² + B x + C = 0

We can find the roots of the equation by the formula below:

In this App, you’ll design an application that will solve a quadratic equation. Try to design it as in the picture below:

Remember that complex roots can’t be solved. Therefore, if there are complex roots the application must show a warning message such as: “Imaginary roots!” 

At the end of this challenge pupils will produce two products:

1. The ".apk" file, named: Challenge3TEAM____.apk. This file must be sent to the teachers. 
2. The ".pdf" file, named: Challenge3TEAM____.pdf. In order to share the results this file must be published on the Padlet below  by each team once the app will be done. You can use the template below to do the ".pdf" file:
