The main purpose is to make and present models of monuments and buildings based on the history and geography of each participating country. Students are expected to make the models through cross-curricular technical-pedagogical work and later use the Google Earth app to locate and use the coordinates of the monument site. Students will learn about their historical heritage and geographical features presented and shared in a motivating and dynamic way, involving teachers, parents and the local community. The final collective work may be the creation of a common world map with all the sites identified and a school presentation using ICTs.
