On a Zeemap, project pupils add drawings of local produce (fruit), audio files, texts. To acquire knowledge related to geography and to improve their ICT and FL skills, pupils are assigned one item (product) and pin it on the 4 different villages/towns/areas which produce it in the 4 participating countries. The children are also recorded saying the name of the product in the project language, partners' languages and their native language.

There are 4 types of pins. Red for strawberries, green for apples, white for watermelons

Hover the mouse over a pin to reveal the fruit, its translation written in all 5 languages (English, Italian, Ukrainian, Turkish and Greek), a drawing made by project children and an audio file of children saying the name of the fruit in the 5 languages.
